Malaysia Platform Usage

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined herein unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rwbola" refers to the online betting platform operating at rwbola.bet, including all subpages, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with rwbola.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the user on the rwbola platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR (RM) available in the user's rwbola wallet at any given time.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a user on any game or sporting event offered by rwbola.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other benefits granted by rwbola to members.
• "Services" refers to all products and features available on the rwbola platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, E-Sports, lottery, and other games.

Use of the rwbola platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. rwbola reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. rwbola maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• You must be legally resident or domiciled in Malaysia. Users from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are not permitted to register.
• Registration must be completed in the name of yourself in your own name. Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, Malaysian IC number, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• You are not prohibited from using betting services or listed on any regulatory body's self-exclusion register.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) rwbola account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these T&Cs.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid Malaysian phone number for OTP verification. The registration process takes less than 2 minutes and is completely free.

As an rwbola account holder, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account. It is important that you understand these responsibilities clearly.

• Password Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. rwbola will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
• Account Security: You must notify rwbola immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Contact our support team via 24/7 live chat.
• Latest Updates: You are responsible for ensuring that your profile information is kept current and accurate. Failure to do so may affect the identity verification and withdrawal process.
• Permitted Use: A rwbola account is for personal and recreational use only. Using an account for commercial purposes, fraud, or money laundering is strictly prohibited.

Rwbola accepts deposits via a wide range of legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. We do not accept any foreign currency.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20.
• Maximum Deposit Limit: The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your chosen payment method and account status. Please contact customer support for more details.
• Processing Time: Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow are credited within 30 seconds. Deposits via FPX/online banking take between 1 and 5 minutes.
• Ownership of Funds: All deposits must be made in your own name using an account or e-wallet registered under your name. rwbola reserves the right to decline or block any suspicious deposits.
• No Transaction Fees: rwbola does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees.

Please note that rwbola will never request your credit or debit card details directly. All transactions are processed through secure, certified third-party payment channels.

Rwbola members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions. rwbola is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently.

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 20.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay) are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX take between 15 and 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your rwbola account. This is to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Identity Verification (KYC): rwbola reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. This includes a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in the respective promotional terms before they can be withdrawn.

Rwbola offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the respective offer, and should be read together with these general T&C.

• All rwbola bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Rwbola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
• Rwbola reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of system abuse or violation of T&C.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated alongside the respective offer. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire automatically.

This section outlines the general rules applicable to all Sports Betting on rwbola, covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and all other available sports.

• Confirmed Bet: All bets are considered valid only once the digital bet slip has been received and confirmed by the rwbola system. Please review your bet slip after every wager.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed are based on the time the bet is placed. rwbola reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed, particularly during in-play betting.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets placed on that match will be refunded to the user's account balance.
• Official Results: Betting outcomes are determined by the official results announced by the relevant event organising body. Errors in unofficial results will not affect the settlement of bets.
• Betting Limits: rwbola reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any market, match, or individual player based on our internal risk assessment.

All casino games and slots at rwbola — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, jackpot slots, and arcade games — are subject to the following rules in addition to these general T&C.

• Game Fairness: All rwbola casino games and slots operate on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, independently audited by internationally recognised testing bodies. Results are random and cannot be manipulated.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, rwbola will rely on system records to determine a fair game outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, all bets will be voided and refunded.
• Demo Version: Games available in demo mode are for entertainment and practice purposes only. No real money is involved in demo play, and demo winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• RTP (Return to Player): The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slots game is available in the game information. RTP is a long-term statistical value and does not guarantee the outcome of any individual gaming session.

Rwbola takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all our members. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a burden.

• Self-Exclusion Tools: All rwbola members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Scheduled Break: You may request a temporary break from the rwbola platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will be unable to access any gaming section of the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need assistance may request a long-term self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) through our support team.

Rwbola reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the event of a T&C breach or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Account duplication (registering more than one account)
• Providing false or misleading personal information
• Fraudulent attempts, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Abusive or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other users
• Violation of any provision under these T&Cs

If your account is closed due to a breach of T&C, rwbola reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including winnings associated with fraudulent activity. For account closures not involving a breach, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Rwbola is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Internet disruptions, connection issues, or user device failure
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate betting outcomes
• Service interruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
• Events beyond rwbola's control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures

Rwbola reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these T&C at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on rwbola.bet.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via their registered email or in-account notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review the T&Cs periodically.

Continued use of the rwbola platform following any changes to these T&Cs constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These T&Cs and all disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
